EchoFoyer is operated by Ramarao Sannidhanam (ABN 20 985 207 964), trading as EchoFoyer. As a small business, we may fall under the small business exemption in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) — but we choose to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) regardless, because it's the right way to run this.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address, and business name — when you call, use the web voice demo, or book a consultation.
• Call audio and transcripts from calls handled by our AI receptionist, whether made to your business's phone line or through the voice demo on this website.
• Booking details (preferred times, notes) submitted through our online booking calendar.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, schedule appointments, operate and improve the AI receptionist service, and provide support to businesses using EchoFoyer.

Call recording

Calls handled by our AI receptionist — including the live demo on this website — may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, to action bookings made during the call, and to improve the service. By proceeding with a call, you consent to this recording.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to run EchoFoyer, including a voice AI platform to power call handling, a scheduling platform to manage bookings, and an email provider for correspondence. These providers may store or process information on servers located outside Australia. We only share what's needed for these services to function, and we don't sell personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it's deleted or de-identified.

Access, correction, and complaints

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a concern about how it's been handled, by emailing ram.sanni@echofoyer.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
