These terms govern your use of this website and any AI receptionist services provided by Ramarao Sannidhanam (ABN 20 985 207 964), trading as EchoFoyer ("EchoFoyer", "we", "us"). By using this site, the voice demo, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

EchoFoyer designs, sets up, and manages AI receptionist services for small businesses, including automated call answering and appointment booking. Specific scope, setup, and pricing for each business are agreed individually before the service begins.

Trials

Where a free trial is offered, its length and terms will be confirmed with you directly at the time it's arranged. A trial does not obligate you to continue with a paid service.

The voice demo on this website

The "Talk to Our AI Receptionist" demo is provided to show how the service sounds and behaves. Calls may be recorded — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EchoFoyer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
